I'm A Person Too

Awww Yea! Look who's getting slightly better at people! : D
When I say slightly I mean slightly....
The hands and the head are by far the worst part, but I think I did the pose okay, and the proportions too. I just need to practise drawing hands.
Anyway, I want to know what you honestly think about it, and where I need to improve on (and how if possible) :3
